Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms Provide clients with market analysis, pricing strategies and real estate trends Build and maintain a network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Delaware Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license High school diploma Compensation $50,001 - $100,000 USD yearly.
