PART-TIME CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE ASSISTANT – New Haven, CT

Busy chiropractic office is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant to assist with administrative duties and patient interaction.

Doctor’s office experience and Spanish-speaking ability are required.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Typing letters, reports, and other documents
• Sending and responding to emails
• Filing and organizing patient records and paperwork
• Scanning, copying, and faxing
• Assisting with patient files and medical records
• Performing various other general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a doctor’s or medical office preferred
• Spanish speaking required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and basic computer skills required
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Strong typing and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
• Professional and courteous when interacting with patients
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain patient confidentiality

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Schedule: Part-time with flexible 4–5 hour AM or PM shifts

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour , with pay up to $25.00 per hour for a fully qualified candidate , based on experience and qualifications.
