Location: Headquartered in Northern Colorado with remote, hybrid & flexible work arrangements for Colorado-based candidates (MUST RESIDE IN THE COLORADO FRONT RANGE)

Company/Position Overview : Our client, a well-established Northern Colorado boutique full-service marketing and PR firm, is seeking an Account Manager to join their award-winning team. They are a small team of professional, positive, and collaborative individuals who respect others, embrace changes, and are highly creative. They are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering internal collaboration. The Account Manager is a key team member who will strategically manage both project-based and retainer clients (5), leading internal team members and external consultants to get the job done. This role will also collaborate with other Account Directors and Managers in support of their clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy development and facilitation, managing day-to-day client projects, producing monthly reports, and ensuring profitable billing activities on all accounts. This role requires the ability to multitask and manage complex accounts, adapt strategies to meet evolving goals, and consistently exceed client expectations. As a natural communicator and leader, the Account Manager will also effectively coach team members on their accounts and work together to deliver stellar results.

Having developed well-organized, comprehensive plans, this Account Manager will balance client needs with internal objectives, consistently driving success. Responsibilities will also include contributing to business development efforts, including lead generation and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients and successfully securing new business.

Qualifications for Account Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
• Experience in public relations and marketing within an agency
• Customer service-oriented and highly effective interpersonal communication, problem-solving, andconflict-resolution skills
• Organized, prompt, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Strong business acumen
• Project Management skill
• Technically savvy
