Hiring Immediately - General Production Worker Job Summary

• Join a growing manufacturing team producing fireplace and hearth products.
• Work with casting, painting, assembly, and packaging while learning multiple production skills.
• Great fit for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience.

• Cast and mold products using production equipment and materials
• Paint and finish products using brushes and spray equipment
• Assemble components and prepare materials for production
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and barcode scanners as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support daily production goals and team operations

• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Manufacturing facility with a fast-paced production setting
• Physically active role with standing, lifting, and movement throughout the day
• Warm work environment with exposure to production materials
• Team-oriented culture focused on safety and quality

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.25/hr.
