Overnight Valet Attendant

Job Summary As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner. Responsibilities Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests. Assist arriving and departing guests with parking, unloading, and retrieval of vehicles. Park and secure vehicles according to hotel policies. Unload luggage and handle guest requests promptly. Maintain a clean and organized valet area. Working Conditions / Schedule Flexible schedules are available, including part‑time morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. You must be available for weekends and holidays, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and demonstrate punctuality and reliability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a valet parking attendant preferred. Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred. Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience. Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Exceptional guest service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods, run, and climb stairs. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to pass a pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
