Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a Pediatric Operating Room RN Circulator with pediatric experience to provide specialized intraoperative care. This role involves circulating during pediatric surgeries, ensuring patient safety, and supporting surgical teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate pediatric surgical procedures by maintaining sterile environment and supporting surgical staff.
• Monitor patient conditions throughout procedures, responding promptly to any changes.
• Assist in preoperative preparations and postoperative recovery documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper device management and infection control.
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of recent OR experience with travel or 3 years of OR experience without travel.
• Hold an active TN or compact RN license in compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Demonstrate recent pediatric surgical experience and proficiency with EPIC system preferred.
• Be willing to take on call responsibilities with details discussed during the interview.
• Reside at least 100 miles from the facility, in accordance with local traveler policy.
