These are our core values.Position Summary:As a Corporate Aviation Services Manager, you are responsible for managing chauffeur driven and risk mitigation service requests while maintaining GGT's standards of excellence, value proposition and service offering.Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as shift leader responsible for managing current service activity, resolving issues and mitigating deviationsProvide training and mentorship for team membersInteract directly with Clients responding to inquiries, requests, and service opportunities while providing best in class serviceInteract directly with Service Partners confirming service requests, receiving quotes and performing service delivery status updatesCommunicate and coordinate with internal GGT departmentsField and resolve Client complaints in a timely and courteous mannerConduct pre and post-service calls to ensure complete satisfaction of clientsProactively communicate and resolve any deviation or potential deviation in serviceEngage with both current and inactive clients to encourage service activityCoordinate additional services for Clients as requiredOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Work flexible, non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysWork as part of a close team as well as independentlyEffective communication skillsConfidently interact with high profile clientsStrong attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive informationSelf-motivated and independent problem-solving abilityCoordinate and work on multiple projects at onceWork with frequent changes in procedures, directions and outcomesPrioritize and organize tasks; remain calm in stressful situationsEducation and Work Experience:3+ years corporate aviation or chauffeured service experience requiredManagement experience preferred5 years of high-level customer service experienceBachelors degree is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); Typing 40 wpmOr a combination of training, education and experience equivalent to the standards listed above that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilitiesBenefits:Paid Holidays - 8, including 1 personal dayPaid Time Off - 15 daysMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our employees, where different backgrounds and perspectives are valued and encouraged - regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
