What You’ll Handle

As the Receptionist at Floyd’s 99 Barbershop in Erie, you’re the first point of contact who keeps the front desk running smoothly and helps the shop deliver a great guest experience. This role exists to keep schedules organized, guests welcomed, and the team supported so services stay on time.

Key responsibilities include:
- Greet guests, answer phones, and manage check-in/check-out
- Coordinate appointments and assist with walk-in flow
- Process payments, handle basic cash/pos tasks, and resolve simple guest questions
- Communicate clearly with barbers/stylists to keep the day moving

Required skills/qualifications:
- Friendly, professional communication and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable attendance with flexibility for nights/weekends
- Comfort with multitasking in a busy, upbeat environment

As the pace picks up, you’ll stay calm, adjust to changes, and keep things moving through evenings and weekends when the shop is busiest.
