Property Administrator

Location: Roseville, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) About the Role Property Administrator Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support a busy team of Property Managers overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving as a key resource to both tenants and management. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a commercial property management company and possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of commercial properties Prepare and maintain tenant files, leases, contracts, and property records Communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors regarding property-related matters Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Process invoices, vendor payments, and tenant correspondence Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration activities Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other property management documentation Coordinate vendor scheduling and service requests Assist with property inspections and follow up on maintenance items Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly organized and updated Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience within a property management company required Commercial property management experience strongly preferred Experience supporting Property Managers and handling property-related administrative functions Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with tenants and vendors Typing speed of 45+ words per minute preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
