Part Time Data Entry Clerk

Your work supports timely customer billing, vendor payments, and driver payroll while ensuring important records are complete and reliable. Location/Schedule This part-time opportunity is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule. Weekly hours and in-office days will be discussed during the interview process. What You'll do in this Role Receive, assemble, sort, and track all load paperwork for customer invoicing verifying all data is correct and in order as customer requests. Ensure proper supporting documentation (e.g., run tickets, BOL's, delivery tickets, etc.) exists for all invoices. Prepare weekly and monthly load summaries to send to AR and specific customers. Maintain accurate customer records and reconciliations to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices. Enter driver's daily loads for payroll processing. Perform the day to day processing/coding of accounts payable invoices. Maintain records and documents. Follow a strict policy of confidentiality. You'll be a great fit for this adventure if you have: 1+ years of data entry, accounting, or administrative support experience Beginner level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Bonus points if you also bring: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00/hour and Bonus Opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
