Project Management Specialist

Supporting merger and acquisition integration initiatives, the part-time Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist will coordinate functional project activities with a focus on finance and accounting alignment in a fully remote contract role. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day coordination of M&A integration project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Partner with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to align project plans with operational needs Oversee functional project tasks related to ERP environments, including integration planning and monitoring project risks Required qualifications Background in project management within a PMO or functional project leadership environment Strong knowledge of accounting or finance, particularly in financially driven initiatives Experience supporting ERP-related projects, including enterprise systems and integration-focused work Familiarity with Epicor ERP or Prophet 21 in a business or project setting Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week during a 2-3 month contract engagement
