We are seeking a dynamic, experienced candidate to join our law firm as an Immigration Paralegal. The successful candidate will be a part of a national immigration practice, which supports corporate client business groups. This position directly reports to the partners in the Immigration Practice Group.

Job Responsibilities :

• Draft visa petitions and other documents for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State
• Interact with clients from diverse organizations, professions, and cultural backgrounds
• Investigate facts, collect and review source documents and materials
• Function as a liaison between clients and attorneys
• Manage client cases to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner

Experience and Education Requirements :

• Prior paralegal experience or work involving writing assignments is preferred; writing samples will be requested of interviewed candidates
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to indicate ability to be successful in the position
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and skill in proofreading complex documents
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively plan work assignments to meet client needs
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a focused work team

Recruiting Information :

• Competitive compensation dependent upon education and relevance of prior work experience
• FLSA Classification: Salaried Non-exempt
• Salary Range: $57,000-$70,000
• Excellent benefit package
