Job Description:

• Strong BA with PEGA skills with very good communication needed.

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) with 8+ years of experience

• Hands on experience on PEGA 7.X or 8.x version & Certified PCBA

• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

• Experience in Telecommunications is preferred

• Understand the requirements from clients/functional consultants.

• Participate in client calls and seek clarifications.

• Create a requirements traceability matrix.

• Provide inputs during creation of operational concepts and scenarios.

• Perform requirements feasibility with regards to testing and implementation.

• Analyze NFRs.

Design:

• Understand various functional and non functional requirements.

• Break down the requirements into smaller modules.

• Provide inputs for categorizing critical and noncritical requirements.

• Provide inputs in designing end to end solution from a technical perspective.

• Review and approve system architecture design.

• Discuss with SME to identify requirement gaps

• Validate Non-functional requirements if any.

• Provide functional direction to offshore team

• Conduct functional testing during development phase

• Conduct Sanity testing after deployments in all environments (QA/UAT & Production)
