Mid-Atlantic Learning Center Coordinator

Supports the successful delivery of training programs across the Mid-Atlantic YMCA Learning Center region. This role coordinates training logistics, trainer and faculty support, event planning, financial tracking, and administrative processes to ensure a seamless learning experience.

This is a part-time position with a salary range of $20-$22. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating in-person and virtual training logistics.
• Supporting trainers and faculty before, during, and after events.
• Managing training materials, travel arrangements, catering, and technology needs.
• Processing expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Maintaining training records and administrative data.
• Providing exceptional customer service to trainers, host YMCAs, and participants.

Qualifications include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with training coordination, event planning, virtual platforms, or administrative operations preferred.
