As Assistant Marketing Manager

You will be collaborating with the on-property Marketing teams and Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations with a focus on on-site Owners and Guests.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service

Staffs and manages the team's talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance

Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team

Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you should have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School Diploma/GED

Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience

Minimum 1 year of people management experience
