Medical Office Specialist
$18 - $20 per hourNextaff
Job Description Nextaff is urgently hiring an experienced, bilingual Medical Office Receptionist to work with our client, a busy primary care medical practice in Naples, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will be greeting & checking in patients, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries regarding scheduling, prescription refills, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, and a path to earning a permanent position with benefits with our client! What's In It For You?

- $18-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience

- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical practice environment
- You are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- You have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- You have experience documenting in and updating patient data in EHR application (experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred)
- You are friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problems
- Background and drug screening required
