Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment. The facility is a state-of-the-art, 59-bed hospital specializing in the recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), post-orthopedic surgeries, and motor vehicle accidents.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care and support to a diverse patient population.
• Monitoring patient conditions and vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and families about their treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

Required experience/certifications/licensure include:

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania or an accepted license from a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.
