Create customized insurance proposals that provide peace of mind. Expectation to work provided leads and self-generated leads. Manage your own calendar to follow up with prospective clients. Contribute to a supportive office culture where we learn from each other every day. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Idaho. Strong communication skills to explain complex policies clearly. Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets. Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
