Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Bilingual Middle School English Language Arts Teacher in a full-time contract position. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and guide students in a dual-language classroom setting near Elgin, IL. You will play a key role in supporting bilingual learners, delivering an engaging curriculum that meets diverse student needs, and fostering academic excellence among a vibrant middle school population.

Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois State Teaching License with Middle School ELA endorsement
- Current Bilingual Certification or Endorsement (Spanish/English)
- Experience teaching middle school students
- Background in implementing bilingual/dual-language curriculum
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a collaborative school environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging ELA lessons in both English and Spanish
- Support students’ academic achievement and language development
- Utilize differentiated instructional strategies to meet varied learning needs
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and contribute to curriculum planning
- Maintain a positive classroom culture focused on respect, engagement, and student growth
- Regularly communicate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership on student progress
