Join the Dennis Sneed Ford Team Dennis Sneed Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Department. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and serving as the communication link between our customers and technicians. Our Service Advisors play a vital role in creating a positive ownership experience by combining strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication to help ensure every repair begins with a clear understanding of the customer's concerns and ends with exceptional service. Customer Experience Welcome customers promptly and professionally. Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and available services. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems. Translate customer concerns into clear, detailed repair orders. Working knowledge of dealership service technology, manufacturer procedures, and diagnostic tools. Effectively communicate with technicians, the parts department, and customers throughout the repair process. Present maintenance recommendations and repair information in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. Professional Skills Prioritize multiple repair orders while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Build productive working relationships with customers, technicians, and fellow team members. Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in every customer interaction. Contribute to an efficient, team-oriented Service Department. Essential Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment. Ford dealership experience strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive service operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
