Shift Lead

You must have Servsafe Manager Certification. Reliable transportation required. We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs Restaurant! Part‑time positions are available at the new location on W. Ridge Rd and W. Henrietta Rd. Team members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Additional Requirements Computer skills, including Microsoft software and register use Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift Ability to be mobile in walk‑in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to –10° F Essential Functions Responsible for customer product and service standards Foster an environment of teamwork Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact Execute quality store operations Clean store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary Operate food preparation machinery Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines Operate cash register, handle cash transactions, and adhere to all cash handling policies Requirements Flexible work availability, willing to work nights and weekends Previous experience as a shift lead or assistant manager Ability to provide training to staff and carry out disciplinary actions Understanding of policy compliance and labor cost control Proper documentation of employee infractions Over 18 years old Have Servsafe Manager Certification (or obtain it within two weeks of hire) #J-18808-Ljbffr
