This is NOT a food-service position.* Drivers are delivering grocery products to distribution centers.

Possible additional nights at home during the week, depending on your route
Typically out *23 nights at a time*
Consistent, predictable schedule
Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, Ohio*
Competitive Compensation*
*$1,900 average weekly gross pay*
*$95,000+ annual earning potential*
Average 2025 annual wages: *$112,000*
*$5,000 sign-on bonus*
*$0.73 CPM base rate*

With multiple opportunities for additional pay, experienced drivers have the potential to earn an excellent income while still getting home every weekend. *Driver Requirements* To qualify for this opportunity, you must have:

Valid *Class A CDL*
*Minimum 18 months of OTR driving experience*
Reefer experience preferred
Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, OH*
Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial motor vehicle equipment
Ability to understand and follow company procedures and safety requirements
Driver Responsibilities*

Professionalism and safety are priorities. Drivers are expected to:

Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs and reports
Complete all documentation required by state and federal agencies
Follow company policies and operating procedures
Properly handle and deliver grocery freight to customer distribution centers
Interpret and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Maintain a professional attitude while representing the carrier and its customers
