Nanny By Design is seeking a warm, reliable nanny to provide consistent care for two young children in Lewisville, NC. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who enjoys working with infants and toddlers and is looking for a predictable part-time schedule with a family. Position Details Pay: $25 to $30 per hour Guaranteed hours Mileage reimbursement Location: Lewisville, NC Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM–5:30 PM Start Date: October 12, 2026 Children: 10-month-old and 2-year-old Paid Time Off The family values consistency, communication, creativity, and a nurturing approach to childcare. Their routine includes outdoor play, age-appropriate activities, independent play, and limited screen time. The nanny should be comfortable working in a Christian household and respecting the family's values and routines. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care for both children Prepare bottles, meals, and snacks Handle diapering and other daily care needs Follow established nap, feeding, and activity routines Plan creative and age-appropriate activities Encourage outdoor play and age-appropriate independence Drive the children to activities when needed Complete children's laundry Sterilize bottles and maintain feeding supplies Load and unload the dishwasher Complete occasional child-related errands Assist with light household tasks related to the children Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment throughout the day Ideal Candidate The family is looking for someone who is nurturing, dependable, communicative, and confident caring for both an infant and a toddler. The right candidate should be comfortable following a structured routine while creating opportunities for play, exploration, and development. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old 3+ years of professional childcare experience outside of immediate family babysitting Strong childcare references Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Non-smoker Authorized to work in the U.S. Current Tdap vaccination Willingness to receive an annual flu vaccine Willingness to complete a background check Willingness to complete the Nanny By Design application and interview process #J-18808-Ljbffr
