Overview
Travel Registered Nurse, Med Surg in Hanford, California. Start date August 17, 2026 for 8 weeks. Guaranteed 48 hours per week with a night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3x12s). Weekly pay range $1,847–$1,982. Work setting is a short-term acute care hospital.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient group using established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of varying levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, identify diagnoses and care issues
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a care plan; administer treatments and monitor patient response
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education and treatment team information
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties, maintaining a safe, healing environment

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care experience
- BSN: Preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in an acute care setting
- Experience with Epic and Cerner EHRs is preferred for backfill considerations

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
