This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters involving alcoholic beverage control law in New York and New Jersey. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex regulatory processes while developing deep subject-matter expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of law.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit applications to state and federal agencies for the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure filings are accurate, compliant, and timely
- Develop expertise in New York and New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations
- Communicate directly with clients and government agencies, building strong professional relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing/management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Comfort working in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Annual
