Outlet Facilities Associate - Rockville Outlet

The Outlet Facilities Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the RH Outlet remains safe, functional, and aligned with brand standards. This role partners with the Outlet Team to plan and perform preventive and reactive maintenance across the facility, including interior and exterior areas, grounds, and operational assets. The position emphasizes minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations. Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures. Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders. Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards. Requirements Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality in facility upkeep and repairs. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair activities and identify process improvements. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
