Village Optical is centrally located near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and offers six thriving practice locations to conveniently serve the local communities. Established in 1996, Village Optical lives by its mission to provide the highest quality and comprehensive eye care to meet the needs of all patients. Offering full-scope optometry, the professionals specialize in diabetic eye care, glaucoma, myopia management, vision therapy, and scleral contact lenses, and features a dry eye center. The practice also strongly focuses on medical optometry and emergency eye care, enabling Optometrists to refer cases to other doctors within the practice group.

What you do:

As the newest member of the team, you'll practice in a state-of-the-art clinic, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, visual and medical diagnoses. You'll perform optometric eye care services, patient charting, assist staff members as needed, and other standard duties of optometry. The daily patient flow consists of a comprehensive exam every half hour and additional emergency appointments. The practice is well-equipped for full-scope medical optometry, and you'll have access to optical coherence tomography, visual fields, and other diagnostic technology. A team of Optometric Technicians is available for support, enabling you to provide the highest level of care possible.

A candidate with solid experience in routine eye care and diagnosing, treating, and managing ocular diseases and disorders will be an asset to the team. Minimum qualifications:

• Optometry license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Vision therapy experience
