Pay Range: $36.78 - $73.57 / Hourly

Emerson Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Adult Medical, General Surgery, and Oncology unit on Wheeler 5. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient focused environment while caring for a diverse adult population with complex medical and surgical needs.

As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver high quality, evidence based care while supporting patients and families through every stage of treatment and recovery. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, patient centered nursing care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to clinical protocols
Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all patients

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required

Experience
Previous experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing preferred

Licensure and Certification
Current RN license in Massachusetts required
BLS certification required

Skills and Competencies

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered care
Proficiency with electronic systems and basic computer applications
