This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout a full school year, collaborating with staff and students across three sites near the Little Mountain, SC area. Enjoy the flexibility of a full-time schedule (37.5 hours weekly) with consideration for part-time candidates available at least three days per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, assessment, and intervention for speech/language impairments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload—primarily elementary—of approximately 40 students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings and formal evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, primarily on elementary-aged caseload, and support students from kindergarten through high school as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and compliance
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students’ communication growth
• Rotate across three sites within the district to maximize student support
