You’ll work with a collaborative team and play a vital role in helping K-12 learners—with a primary focus on elementary students—find their communication strengths and achieve academic milestones. This position covers three school sites and manages a caseload of approximately 40 students, ensuring your work stays engaging and meaningful.

This role is designed to fit a variety of lifestyles, with both full-time (37.5 hours weekly) and flexible part-time (minimum 3 days/week) options available.

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong ability to adapt to diverse student needs across K-12 populations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering supportive, inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a varied caseload
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to progress monitoring
• Provide services at three designated school sites, cultivating relationships with each community
