Senior Legal Recruiter Opportunity | Seattle, WA (Onsite)

I'm currently partnering with a leading global technology and e-commerce organization seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on an 11-month contract with potential for extension.

This is a highly specialized recruiting role focused on sourcing and hiring top-tier legal talent. We're looking for someone with a proven track record recruiting within the legal space and the ability to build strategic talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: Around $60/hour on W2 (flexible based on experience)

Duration: 11-month contract with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently source, engage, and attract high-caliber legal professionals for specialized and critical openings.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.

• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines within the legal and public policy space.

• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.

• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Influence hiring decisions through market expertise, talent insights, and recruiting best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with significant tenure recruiting for legal and/or public policy roles.

• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for specialized legal positions.

• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.

• Experience supporting large, fast-paced organizations preferred.

• Ability to independently manage complex searches and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
