Data Analytics Intern

We're seeking a motivated Data Analytics & IT Intern to support our growing technology initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role will provide frontline technical support to team members while assisting with infrastructure planning and the integration of AI-enabled business tools, including Claude, to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support planning and testing of AI tools, including Claude, to enhance business operations. Help develop user documentation, training materials, and technology best practices. Assist with technology deployments, equipment setup, and general business analytics projects. Assist with documenting and reviewing current systems infrastructure and technology processes. Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
