Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and delivering data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals and initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation, and control of data in operational and analytical data systems. The individual will work closely with business partners, product owners, and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient data capabilities that support operational processes, reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute across multiple initiatives while contributing to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of AML data platforms.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines, reporting solutions, and data products supporting AML processes.Build and enhance data integrations, workflows, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.Develop scalable and reusable data components that support multiple applications and use cases.Support the day-to-day operation of AML data platforms, including issue resolution, monitoring, and performance optimization.Analyze data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards.Contribute to platform resiliency, performance tuning, and disaster recovery testing activities.Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.Support Agile delivery process.Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and overall platform efficiency.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data solutions in a complex enterprise environment.Hands-on experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, reporting solutions, and workflow automation.Strong experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.Experience supporting production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.Experience working within Agile delivery teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business partners.Experience with data governance, data quality, and control processes.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.Desired Qualifications:Experience building reusable frameworks, automation capabilities, or shared platform components.Familiarity with data architecture principles and enterprise data management practices.Experience working with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply them effectively.Self-motivated with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.Skills:Data EngineeringData IntegrationSQL DevelopmentData Pipeline DevelopmentETL / ELT DevelopmentWorkflow AutomationData Quality ManagementApplication DevelopmentCloud Data TechnologiesPerformance OptimizationProduction SupportTroubleshootingAgile DeliveryAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationSolution ImplementationProcess ImprovementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NJ - Pennington - 1400 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 4 (NJ2140)Pay and benefits informationPay range$116,600.00 - $142,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
