Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screening interviews to evaluate each client’s substance abuse history alongside their mental health status.

• Utilize the information gathered during assessments to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work closely with an integrated treatment team to ensure that care is cohesive and responsive to the clients’ evolving needs.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process to enhance support networks for clients.

• Document treatment plans, progress, and any changes in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client records.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
