Senior IT Systems Operations Analyst

Location: Auburn, CA
Responsibilities
- Support Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout.
- Operate as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure operational preparedness for go-live.
- Establish structured tracking mechanisms and maintain visibility across readiness activities.
- Synthesize complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Work across multiple teams, including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders.
- Monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness.
- Translate execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting for informed, business-led decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP, S4 Hana is a plus.
- Project Control and Change Management experience.
- Proficiency in Jira, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with managing data.
- Ability to work effectively with leads.
