This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.Responsibilities- Analyzing complex data sets to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to support clients in achieving their strategic goals- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal brand and technical skills- Utilizing AI fluency and data science skills to enhance data analysis and interpretation- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business cases and drive continuous process improvement- Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations- Engaging in industry trend analysis to stay informed and adapt to changing business contexts- Managing and inspiring team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environmentWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science- Configuring and implementing Fenergo solutions aligned with client requirements- Translating business and regulatory requirements into effective Fenergo configurations- Providing comprehensive customer demonstrations on FenX- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving- Developing business data analytics and data science skills- Engaging in continuous process improvement and digital tooling- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and teamwork- Embracing change and industry trend analysisTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
