Location: Sylmar, CA | On-site
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
License: Current California RN License Required
Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse II to provide onsite employee health services and support workplace health and safety programs. This role will manage employee injuries and illnesses, workers' compensation cases, medical surveillance, health screenings, and return-to-work programs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid, injury assessment, and occupational health services to employees.

Manage employee injuries, illnesses, and workers' compensation cases .

Coordinate case management and return-to-work programs .

Support medical surveillance programs, health screenings, and required health records/logs.

Maintain medical supplies and occupational health resources.

Partner with EH&S and HR on employee health, safety, and injury-prevention initiatives.

Conduct employee training and participate in emergency response and site safety teams .

Support initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and workers' compensation costs.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
-
Active California RN License Required.

2 - 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, occupational medicine, or workers' co pensation .

Experience with injury/illness management, case management, and return-to-work programs.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
