Position Summary This is a full-time, Union Position for a Construction Foreman to oversee underground utility, concrete, excavation, pavement and dirt projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, located in Stow, Ohio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and lead crew members Ensure the construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and above the required quality standards Coordinate and schedule subcontractors when needed Perform various types of construction work in accordance with applicable ODOT and county specifications Complete jobs on time and within budget Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy highway construction work Ability to read and interpret blueprint, plans and specifications Working knowledge of construction equipment Ability to calculate materials necessary to complete work Strong communication, planning and analytical skills Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours worked Enforce safety policies and ensure crew compliance with safety regulations and use of appropriate personal protective equipment Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites #J-18808-Ljbffr Karvo Companies, Inc.
