Water's Edge Resort & Spa
Water's Edge Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly, professional and organized Host to join our team. You must be able to multi-task and ensure that each guest has an overall excellent experience.
Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in computer system
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions
- Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth guest flow
- Keep the entrance and host area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure
- Assist waitstaff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years or older
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work various shifts as needed including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and use stairs for the duration of shift
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
