Product Marketing Manager

About the Role We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Specialist to help define how our products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. In this role, you will bridge Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure customers clearly understand the value of our software and why it is different from anything else in the construction technology market. You’ll become an expert in our customers, our competitive landscape, and our products, translating complex technology into compelling stories that resonate with executives, project teams, and industry stakeholders. What You'll Do Product Positioning & Messaging Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for our platform and individual solutions. Create differentiated value propositions for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction consultants. Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends. Ensure consistency across all customer-facing content. Go-to-Market Strategy Lead product launches from planning through execution. Partner with Product Management to prepare launch plans, sales enablement materials, website content, and customer communications. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Sales Enablement Develop sales presentations, one-pagers, battle cards, competitive comparisons, ROI messaging, and customer success stories. Equip sales teams with messaging that clearly communicates product value throughout the buying journey. Train internal teams on new features, positioning, and competitive differentiation. Content Development Create product-focused content including: Solution briefs White papers Blogs Case studies Webinars Product videos Website copy Email campaigns Translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes and business value. Market & Competitive Intelligence Work with Product Management to research competitors, market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Monitor industry developments across construction technology, AI, project controls, scheduling, and analytics. Customer Insights Interview customers to understand pain points, workflows, and buying decisions. Partner with Customer Success to capture success stories and measurable business outcomes. Help shape product messaging based on the voice of the customer. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Management to understand product roadmap and feature priorities. Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns. Support Sales during strategic customer engagements. Help align company messaging across all departments. Qualifications Required 3-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value. Experience creating sales enablement and marketing collateral. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment. Required Experience marketing SaaS software. Experience in construction technology, project management, project controls, scheduling, or enterprise software. Familiarity with AI, analytics, data platforms, or workflow automation. Experience launching new software products or major product releases.
