Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a top client in the Bellevue area. This individual will play a critical role in supporting a high-performing talent acquisition team by managing complex interview scheduling, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring a best-in-class recruiting experience. The ideal candidate is a Greenhouse power user who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively juggle multiple priorities, and is passionate about driving operational excellence throughout the hiring process. This person will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while supporting mid-to-senior level hiring efforts and helping streamline recruiting operations across the organization. Day-to-Day: Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and time zones Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the interview process Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from scheduling through onboarding Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate hiring activities Coordinate offer logistics and assist with onboarding processes Maintain candidate records and workflow activity within Greenhouse ATS Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues quickly Support recruiting process improvements and operational efficiencies Track interview progress and provide timely communication to stakeholders REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience Advanced experience with Greenhouse ATS High-volume interview scheduling experience Experience supporting mid-level to senior-level hiring initiatives Multi-time zone calendar management expertise Strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers Offer coordination and onboarding support experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced technology or corporate environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience supporting executive-level interview coordination Background improving recruiting operations and process efficiencies Experience working with distributed or global teams Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Project coordination or recruiting operations experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
