Experienced OR nurses—this is your opportunity to join a Level I Trauma Center at a large academic hospital!

Location: Massachusetts

Specialty: Operating Room RN

Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM + Call

Contract: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of current OR experience
✅ Level I Trauma Center experience required
✅ Large hospital experience required
✅ Independent experience with Transplant, Cardiac, and Vascular cases
✅ EPIC experience required

Position Highlights:

• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Call rotation: approximately 3 call shifts per month
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Previous BILH employees must be separated for at least 6 months
• BILH coversheet required at submission
