General Production Worker / Floor Technician

• Polish, grind, deburr, finish, and heat-treat ceramic materials
• Use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to inspect parts
• Check product quality and record measurements
• Operate production equipment and hand tools
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Able to read a tape measure
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Experience with hand tools

• Calipers or micrometers
• Forklift experience
• Manufacturing or production work
• Machine operation
• Quality inspection
• Grinding, polishing, deburring, or finishing work

Candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, general labor, warehouse, inspection, or quality control looking to learn and grow in a stable first-shift opportunity.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
