Event Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: We are looking for a Contractor Event Marketing Specialist (Executive Events Specialist) to plan and execute high-touch, executive-level events. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event operations.
- Hands-on experience managing logistics and event execution.
- Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and Asana.
- Bonus : Familiarity with Swoogo or RainFocus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional and resourceful mindset.
- Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment.
- Willing to travel when needed for on-site event support.
- Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- Provide accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Support event planning with checklists, templates, and tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners for successful event delivery.
- Contribute to creating polished and professional experiences for executive-level attendees.
