Job Description Job Description Description: CAREER OPPORTUNITY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (Intake) A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a full-time Associate Attorneys for its Pre-Litigation Intake Team. We are looking for confident, energetic, and sharp attorneys who are quick on-their-feet thinkers. The area of practice is primarily labor and employment matters, exclusively on behalf of employees in California, with focus on wage and hour class/PAGA actions and single plaintiff employment lawsuits. Title : Associate Attorney - Intake (on-site preferred; may consider hybrid on-site/remote) Location : Los Angeles, CA (Pasadena) - on-site preferred; may consider hybrid/remote Hours : Full-Time Salary : $100,000-$130,000+ (Commensurate with Experience) License Requirements : Active California State Bar license required, with no disciplinary history. Responsibilities: Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients (employees who have disputes with their current or former employers) Answer prospective clients’ questions Guide prospective clients through legal problems Draft memoranda of consultations conducted Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Active California State Bar license, with no disciplinary history. Plaintiff or defense side labor and employment experience is a plus but not required.
