What You’ll Be Doing: Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Create clear, actionable reports using Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and measure success. Help craft engaging, compelling content for emails, marketing materials, and social media. Maintain open, consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp with a strong eye for accuracy and effectiveness. Use Asana to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and keep timelines on track. Leverage Salesforce to support CRM efforts, reporting, and data-driven decision‑making. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices, offering thoughtful recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research to identify new ways to reach and engage target audiences. Serve as a key member of the content and quality control team, ensuring all marketing and client‑facing materials are accurate, consistent, and polished. What We’re Looking For: 1-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles with a solid foundation in marketing principles. Marketing experience within financial services or wealth management required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp, Asana, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A detail‑oriented mindset and a commitment to quality.
