What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our residents while maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our apartment communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and general building systems
• Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
• Completing apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Maintaining building safety and cleanliness
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions
• Completing work orders accurately using AppFolio
• Communicating effectively with Property Managers and fellow maintenance team members
• Participating in the on-call rotation after completing training
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and work areas

• Building Maintenance
• Unit Turns
• Make-Ready Experience

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
