Responsibilities

- Operate press machinery efficiently and safely according to established protocols
- Perform regular equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal machine function
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel toe or composite shoes
- Participate in on-site eye exam before starting assignment

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years experience as an assembler or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled, high-temperature environments
- Willingness to work rotating F Shift schedule, including weekends

Preferred Skills

- Experience operating press machinery
- Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing
- Strong work ethic and reliability
