- Thrives on mentoring and building strong, resilient kitchen culture \n
- Balances creativity and tradition, with a deep respect for local ingredients and foodways \n
- Wants to fully own their kitchen and grow with a dynamic, values-driven company \n
- Is ready to plant roots and make a multi-year commitment to both our team and our community \n
