ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Drive operations in Ellenton, FL at a salary starting at $16.00 per hour. Deliver top‑class customer service and support the growth of Store Space Self‑Storage. Responsibilities Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries. Handle cash, report, and make daily deposits. Maintain company standards and adhere to policies. Primarily work at the Ellenton location with occasional travel to the Seffner store. Work Schedule Open seven days a week from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Approx. 24‑28 hours per week, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience (retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management). 1+ year of customer‑centered sales and collections experience, including cold calling. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Able to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
